YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE:

The SOS-SIG has been established on the listserv of TCEA under the tcea.org domain.  Officers for SOS-SIG under TCEA have been elected.

The contents of this SOS portal had been transferred to the sos.tcea.org server about a year ago until members could decide upon the purchase of a server to host the SOS portal and other open source applications.  The contents of the new sos.tcea.org server will undoubtedly under go re-organization, change, and policies and procedures for posting content shared.  The contents of this server, however, will not.

That transfer of content does NOT mean the domain sosoftexas.org will be transfered to tcea.org NOR to the SOSSIG group. However, you should know, signing up here, doesn't automagically sign you up for TCEA NOR the SOS-SIG hosted on TCEA's listserv. This servers user base is just for this server.  According to by-laws of the SOS SIG, members of SOS SIG had first to be members of TCEA.  Some current members of this portal, may not desire to acquire  a TCEA membership.
