SOS of Texas has established an accounts policy for this system.  Only verifiable users with valid EMail addresses are permitted to have accounts.  Since the focus of this web portal is for K12 and Higher Education, it is highly recommended registrants use their ISD (LEA) or Higher Ed. email address.

All registrations will be reviewed, and, if accepted, will be assigned an appropriate level of capability.  One should be aware that no one is ever "totally anonymous" when using the web.  This server does track usage and access.
